SCOPE OF RESEARCH OF THE PROJECT WITH THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS AS FOLLOWS: ANALYZING AND ASSESSING THE DEVELOPMENT NEEDS OF INDUSTRIAL ZONES IN VIENTIANE CAPITAL IN PARTICULAR AND LAO PDR IN GENERAL; ANALYZE THE NEED FOR INVESTMENT AND THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF THE LOCALITY; PROPOSE THE LAND USE PLAN, TARGETING SUBSECTORS OF INDUSTRIAL ZONING.
