PRIVILEGES AND UNIQUE BENEFITS FOR INDIVIDUALS, COMPANIES BUYING LAND/REAL ESTATE IN LVSEZ.
1. The land has completed infrastructure to hand over to buyers; and issuance of land using right certificate quickly;
2. There isn’t construction time limit requirement (not required). According to individual/ entity needs of land using.
3. Buyers (foreigners) are granted land using right (ownership by themselves) for 99 years. With built housing and occupancy right. Native Laos fully have the permanent land using right.
4. Foreigners are entitled rights to transfer/to lease/to sub-lease/to hand-over to other Torsigne (land, houses).
5. Foreigners are entitled transferred to the natives of Laos (land, the houses). Convert to permanent land using right (stable and unlimited). Special applied to LVSEZ under Decision 20/NA Date 21/2/2018 of Laos Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
6. There are many payments mode which suitable for the buyer’s financing plans: standard payment (up to 5.5 months); fast payment (2.5 months).
7. There are special discount schemes applied when buy > 2 plots of land.
8. Fully sponsor 100% free Golf course (Golf membership program only), term 5-10yrs according to program of land purchasing.
9. Sponsor 100% of the fee prescribed by the Lao Government on issuance of 10-year visa (multiple entry-exit) for only 1 buyer on the contract (according to the program prescribed by the Company);
10. Sponsor 50% of the fee prescribed by the Lao Government on issuance of 10-year visa (multiple entry-exit) for family of buyer on the contract: wife, children (according to the program prescribed by the Company);
