THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED

• Clean city water and Sanitation

• 3 times weekly cleaning service (Except Sundays and Public holidays)

• 3 times per week trash collection during cleaning service, in case of need the lessee can bring his trash bags at the trash room behind the guard house.

• Laundry Services for supplied bed linens and bath towels only (Every Monday and Thursday), personal bed linen and bath towels will not be cleaned by the lessor.

• High speed Internet 5 to 8 Mbs, the speed of the connection is not under the lessor’s control but is supplied by Skynet Company, an internet provider. The lessor cannot guarantee the speed in all circumstances, nor guarantee any disruption of connection. The lessee can upgrade the speed to 20Mbs for an additional fee with the same internet provider or use Unitel provider that offers packages up to 40Mbs.

• Living room, bedrooms and dining room furniture

• 24-hour security guard and CCTV

• Fire alarm system -smoke/heat detector in each unit

• Central telephone system

• Mail reception service

• In room small safety box

• Swimming Pool Access. Car park (1 Car per apartment)

• Area for car self-washing & power point for vacuum cleaner

• Pest Control, performed by an independent pest control company.

• Drinking water 20 liter bottle, as per request (for cooking and drinking)

Ironing, personal laundry, dish washing, amenities, plastic bags, tissue and other consumables are not supplied by the lessor.

The electricity is not included in the rent and will be billed at 1,100 Kip per kilowatt. This rate is subject to change following the rate from the EDL (Electricity of Laos)
