Thatluang Lake Special Economic Zone (TLSEZ).

Thatluang Lake special economic zone (TLSEZ) was established in 2011 and is located in Centre of the Vientiane capital. The zone was developed by a private company from China namely Shanghai Wanfeng Real Estate Co.,Ltd. The zone shall be developed into modern city surrounded by green environment and is a combination between modern civilization and Laos historical culture. The zone covered over 365 hectares under a 99-year land lease
agreement.

Potential investment activities of the zone are Real Estate, Financial Institution and Entertainment and leisure business.
