- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile
- Good physical health, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Flexible and available to work extended hours when needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings on our website and maintain accurate, up-to-date information
- Promote and market properties through online platforms and social media
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and property owners
- Customer hunt in social media, getting additional client’s details for Managing Director
- Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and incoming phone calls
- Offline marketing as to meet with target customers as assigned
