Two Lao style houses joint together, the one in front of the dimension 12,50m long x 6,20m large, upstairs are 3 big rooms of 6m x 4m included bathroom, downstairs used as a lobby with restaurant and terrace, reception desk at the corner, yard at the front of the house and parking capacity of 9 vehicles at the front of the houses by the riverside. 5 employees at the guesthouse to keep it operated. Rate per night is from 80$ to 90$. During peak season such as Lao New Year and tourism period, income could be up to 7,600 USD/month. On average rate the income is about 6,500 USD/month. From time to time, it is often reserved for a conference holding. Recently, 3 additional rooms of basement were made with one big share bathroom (Rate for basement is around 30 USD/night). The price is still further negotiable.
