2. Tourism and Hospitality Services: Over a five-year plan, we will establish a range of tourism activities and hospitality services, including:
– National Ethnic Cultural Park: A showcase of the rich ethnic diversity and cultural heritage of the region.
– Accommodation Services: A 40-bedroom facility to provide comfortable lodging for tourists.
– Food & Beverage Services: A restaurant with a seating capacity of 320, offering a variety of local and international cuisines.

– Tour Packages, Massage, and Spa Services:** Comprehensive tour packages along with relaxation and wellness services.
3. Public Park and Green Spaces: We will allocate 30% of the total land area for public amenities, including a park, playground, riverbank areas, and green conservation spaces. These facilities will serve both visitors and local residents, enhancing their overall experience and promoting environmental conservation.
