After years of dedicated efforts, the Real Estate Association of Lao (REAL) has been officially approved and established under the leadership of Mr. Houmphan Saiyalath (Tony), Chairman of RentsBuy Sole Co., Ltd. (www.rentsbuy.com).

Since initiating this endeavor in 2018, Mr. Saiyalath and his team have worked tirelessly to unify the real estate sector in Laos. Their perseverance has now resulted in the formal recognition of the association, marking a significant milestone for the industry.

The establishment of the REAL reflects the commitment of industry leaders and government officials to enhance and regulate the real estate sector in Laos. The approval was granted by the Department of Internal Trade, which also endorsed the association’s Board of Directors. The association’s office is located in Sivilay Village, Saythany District, Vientiane Capital, serving as the central hub for real estate professionals and stakeholders across the country.

The Real Estate Association of Laos is responsible for overseeing and implementing industry regulations in alignment with government policies and legal frameworks. The association aims to promote transparency, professionalism, and sustainable growth within the real estate sector.
