Today I would like to introduce the ASEAN Real Estate to you. Which we have just hosted the conference.

The real estate alliance has the English name ARENA (ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance) and has the duty to unite the real estate associations of each country together to help each other for capacity building, service standards, education, research, cross border selling and cooperation.

The meeting was held on March 15, 2024 in Vientiane, Lao PDR, and the Real Estate Association of Laos was accepted as an alternate member this year as the 9th country out of 10 countries.

After the end of the meeting, our team took the delegates to visit the real estate project of the special economic zone of Bueang That Luang, the real estate project of Long Vieng Golf course and to visit the Vientiane landmarks and cultural tourism areas.

The process of establishing our Lao Real Estate Association is about to be completed. I hope it will be approved with next couple of months.

At the same time, I would like to invite the real estate practitioners of Lao PDR, such as real estate brokers, housing projects, land subdivision, and real estate owners to become members of our real estate association.
