• Laundry Services for supplied bed linens and bath towels only (Every Monday and Thursday), personal bed linen and bath towels will not be cleaned by the lessor.

• High speed Internet 5 to 8 Mbs, the speed of the connection is not under the lessor’s control but is supplied by Skynet Company, an internet provider. The lessor cannot guarantee the speed in all circumstances, nor guarantee any disruption of connection. The lessee can upgrade the speed to 20Mbs for an additional fee with the same internet provider or use Unitel provider that offers packages up to 40Mbs.

The electricity is not included in the rent and will be billed at 1,100 Kip per kilowatt. This rate is subject to change following the rate from the EDL (Electricity of Laos)
