Most of expats are selecting to live close to their children's shool, offices and facilities, particularly Vientiane International School and Sengdara Fitness Center. Sorting by districts where foreigns like to live the most are Sisattanak, and Saysettha.
Rental Payment in advance
As you know that for the serviced apartment is fully furnished. You walk in with your suitcase to live in. For the house, most of houses are furnished with basic furniture such as bed, mattress, dinning table and etc. Also, the fridge, TV set, water dispenser and etc are usually provided.
Discountable or not?
