Listing of your properties on RentsBuy.com via our administration

There are two ways for listing with us.

1/ You can list by yourself at mahasab.com free of charge, no commission unless you can sell it yourself. Just register and sell at a very user friendly features.

2/ You can list with Rentsbuy.com through our administration which has the statistics of new visitor and repeated visitor about 400-500 visitors daily and around 1,200 -1,500 pages viewed daily and increasing as the listing growth. Your listing with us has more chances to be sold or rented out.

In order to be market-ably and efficiently, it is essentially required both physical pictures, information and the location of the property.

Remark: We reserve the right to reject the listing of any extremely pricing property which much higher than market price on our website, but we will keep it for our internal database records for free of charge.

• House
  • Information: You need to indicate clearly that your house is for sale or for rent
    • Check list of the information that we require:
    1. land size, width, length (copy of land title)
    2. rental price/sale price
    3. number of bedrooms
    4. number of bath rooms
    5. furniture included or not
    6. location (it would be great if you can provide us google location as well)
    7. and some useful community information
  • Photos: To make your house more attractive, you are required to provide us both external and internal
    • Internal photo such as: living room, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, balcony  and etc.,
    • External photo such as: garden, gate, street, front of the house, back of the house, and also road access to the house.
  • Contact information:
    • The contact person or the contact of the owner of the property including phone number and email if possible
• Land
  • Information required: You have to inform us it is the land for sale or for rent
    • Check list of the information of the land that we require:
    1. Total land size
    2. Frontage and length in meter
    3. rental price/sale price
    4. location (it would be great if you can provide us google location as well)
    5. and some useful community information such as how many km or m it is located from the main road or well-known referring places or location
  • Photos: To make your property more attractive, you are required to provide more pictures for example pictures of the land frontage, road access, pictures of the land, facility included and etc.
  • Contact information:
    • The contact person or the contact of the owner of the property including more than one phone numbers and email if possible
• Business
  • Information: With indication clearly, your business is for rent or for sale.
    
    • Check list of the information that we require:
    1. List of business inventory, building specification, and land
    2. Price for sale or for rent
    3. financial information
    4. location (it would be great if you can provide us google location as well)
    5. and some other useful  information which depending on the type of business
  • Photos: Photo of the building, machinery, and etc.
  • Contact information:
    • The contact person or the contact of the owner of the property including phone number and email if possible
• Warehouse
  • Information: Inform us whether the warehouse for rent or for sale.
    • Check list of the information that we require:
    1. land size(copy of land title)
    2. warehouse size (width, length)
    3. rental price/sale price
    4. location (it would be great if you can provide us google location as well)
